&SISTERS

As the name suggests &SISTERS is the brainchild of more than one person, co-founders are  daughter and mother duo Lucy and Claire Lettice. Having experienced, first-hand, the shame and hardship that comes with lack of access to safe period products, they decided to take action. Drawing on Claire’s entrepreneurial background and Lucy’s expertise as a buyer, they dreamt up a model for a new kind of conscious period product – one that was better for our bodies, better for our planet and better for our sisters- ensuring women and girls worldwide had better access to the highest quality, sustainable period products.  &SISTERS is on a mission to reimagine the future of female health, starting with safe, sustainable and beautifully designed period products.  The business is built on three main pillars:

Better for our bodies
Totally transparent about their products, ingredients and production processes. Their pads, liners and tampons are made from 100% organic cotton, certified by Soil Association according to the Global Organic Textile Standards. &Sisters only use the highest quality, natural ingredients and carry out continuous testing and improvement of our products to ensure you are taking the best care of your bodies.

Better for our planet
Dedicated to using the most earth-friendly ingredients and processes out there. As a certified B Corp the company does everything it can to reduce the environmental impact of period products.  Based on the B Impact assessment, &SISTERS earned an overall score of 123.5- over 2 X higher than the median score for ordinary businesses who complete the assessment (currently 50.9)

On a mission to ensure that our sisters are never held back by their period. As proud members of 1% for the planet community – the company pledges to donate at least 1% of income annually to non-profits worldwide.
