
BLUEBERRY & CACAO SMOOTHIE
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
– 400 ml your Milk of choice
– 200g x fresh or frozen blueberries (frozen makes the smoothie thicker & colder
– 1/2 x Avocado, stoned and roughly chopped
– A handful of spinach
– 2 tbsp. x Chia gel (use 1 tsp. Chia seeds and soak in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 min)
– 1 tbsp. x Raw cacao powder
– 1 tsp. x Raw cacao nibs
– 1 tsp. x Maca powder
– 2 tsp. x Agave syrup
METHOD: First add the milk, followed by all the other ingredients, into a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Divide between 2 tall glasses. Drop the cacao nibs on top. Enjoy!
